-
How long do lash extensions last?Lash extensions typically last between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle, aftercare, and lifestyle. Regular fills will help maintain their fullness.
-
How often do I need a fill?We recommend getting a fill every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain your lash extensions' fullness and keep them looking fresh.
-
Do lash extensions damage my natural lashes? When applied properly by a trained technician, lash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. Following proper aftercare and avoiding picking or pulling at them will help keep your natural lashes healthy.
-
What is the aftercare for lash extensions? To extend the life of your lashes: Avoid getting them wet for 24 hours after your appointment. Use oil-free makeup and skincare products. Brush them gently with a spoolie daily. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or using mechanical lash curlers. Sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase to prevent premature shedding.
-
Can I wear mascara or makeup with lash extensions? We do not recommend wearing mascara, especially waterproof formulas, as they can weaken the adhesive and cause premature shedding. If you wear eyeliner or eyeshadow, use oil-free makeup and remover.
-
What should I do before my lash appointment? To ensure the best retention: Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid using oil-based products near your eyes beforehand. Skip caffeine to help keep your eyes relaxed. If you wear contacts, consider removing them before your appointment.
-
How long does a full set or fill take?A full set of lash extensions takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the style you choose. Fills typically take 45 to 90 minutes, depending on how many lashes need to be replaced.
-
I have sensitive eyes—can I still get lash extensions?Yes! We use high-quality, sensitive-friendly adhesives and can adjust our application method to reduce irritation. If you're unsure, we recommend a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment.
-
What is a lash lift, and how long does it last?A lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls your natural lashes from the root, giving them a lifted, eye-opening effect. Results last 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your lash growth cycle.
-
How is a lash tint different from mascara?A lash tint darkens your natural lashes, giving them a fuller, more defined look without the need for daily mascara. It’s smudge-proof and lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
-
Can I get a lash lift if I have short lashes?Yes! Lash lifts work on lashes of all lengths. If your lashes are very short, please schedule a free consultation to see how we can proceed.
-
Is a lash lift safe for my natural lashes?Yes! A lash lift is a gentle, chemical-based process that, when done by a trained technician, is completely safe and does not damage your natural lashes.
-
How do I care for my lashes after a lift or tint? For the best results: Avoid water, steam, and mascara for 24 hours. Be gentle—don’t rub or pull at your lashes. Use oil-free cleansers to prolong results. Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.
