Lashed At Last is a licensed and insured beauty establishment operating in accordance with Michigan state regulations. All services are performed by licensed professionals trained in the latest industry standards.

By booking a service, clients acknowledge that:

  • Results vary based on individual factors such as natural lash health, skin type, and aftercare.

  • Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining results, and we are not responsible for outcomes due to improper care.

  • Any concerns regarding a service must be reported within 48 hours for assessment.

Lashed At Last reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies or who presents a health concern that may affect the outcome of the service.

Refund Policy

At Lashed At Last, we take pride in providing high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on any services, gift cards, or retail products.

If you have any concerns about a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the issue accordingly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to work with you to ensure the best possible experience.

Cancellation Policy

At Lashed At Last, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and staff, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your service to fit the remaining time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may be considered a no-show and canceled at our discretion.

  • Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
